The value of real estate sales in Kuwait amounted to about 2.88 billion dinars, from the beginning of 2026 until October 24, through 4296 sales transactions, and private housing accounted for the largest share of the value by 42.3%, equivalent to 1.22 billion dinars, through 3077 transactions, according to the Kuwaiti "Al-Rai".
The data of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice showed that the investment sector ranked second in terms of value by 944.02 million, through 1037 transactions, followed by the commercial sector with 487.4 million, through 115 transactions, and the industrial sector recorded sales of 82.45 million through 32 transactions, while the agricultural sector transactions amounted to 78.32 million through 20 transactions, compared to 68.68 million in coastal strips through 15 transactions.

In the investment sector, a building in Al-Raqai topped the deals with 3.25 million to 1,000 square meters, followed by a building in Kuwait City worth 3 million on 1500 square meters, then a building in Farwaniya worth 2.75 million, and an investment land in Salmiya with a value of 2.6 million.
In the private residence, a house in Kaifan recorded the highest value, with one million dinars to 737.5 square meters, followed by a house in Al-Nuzha with 980 thousand with an area of 750 square meters, while land was registered in Al-Fayha with a value of 770 thousand, an area of 375 square meters, and the value of a house in Salwa reached 730 thousand for an area of 387.5 square meters, while a house in Al-Rawda recorded 645 thousand with an area of 600 square meters, and the value of a house deal in Abu Fatira 600 thousand.
