The financial statements revealed a jump in the profits of "Injazat Real Estate Development Company", listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, in the third quarter of 2026 by 92% year-on-year, and the profits of "INJAZ" in the third quarter of this year amounted to 1.49 million dinars, compared to its level in the same period of 2025 of 775.71 thousand dinars.
The company recorded a profit of 2.65 million dinars in the first nine months of 2026, an increase of 69% from 1.57 million dinars net profit for the same period last year, according to a company statement.
The company’s total operating income increased by 44% annually during the third quarter to KD 2.40 million
Injazat attributed the increase in its profits in the statement to the sale of one of the properties, noting that its total operating income increased by 44% annually during the third quarter of the year to 2.40 million dinars, and grew 19% in the first nine months of the year at 5.14 million dinars.
It is noteworthy that the company had achieved a profit during the first half of the current year 2026 at a value of 1.16 million dinars, an increase of 46.87% compared to 792.15 thousand dinars in the same period of the previous year.
