ATARA Development has unveiled Velora Residence, a boutique collection of 58 fully furnished residences on Dubai Islands, positioned between the waterfront and the boulevard. According to the latest data from the Dubai Land Department, the destination recorded $5.1 billion in property sales across 5,035 transactions, while median residential property prices increased by 17.7% compared with the 2025 median.

Located on Island A, Dubai Islands, Velora Residence combines a waterfront setting with connectivity to the boulevard. The development comprises 58 fully furnished one- and two-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 857 to 1,857 square feet.
