    Egyptian Pioneers Properties buys 593 thousand treasury shares as part of a program targeting 10 million shares

    Pioneers Properties for Urban Development, listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, revealed the implementation of a purchase of treasury shares, and the company confirmed that it has implemented the purchase of 593,689 shares during a trading session on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

    ​Thus, the total number of shares executed from the date of notification to date is about 3.603 million shares, according to a disclosure sent to the Egyptian Exchange today.

    This is a reference to the Board of Directors meeting held on August 22, 2026, and to the notification submitted to the ASE on 14 October 2026 regarding the completion of the purchase of treasury shares by 9,993,491 shares.
