"Trade and Real Estate Investment - Trade", listed on the Kuwaiti Stock Exchange, confirmed the decline of its net profit by 3.65% during the third quarter of 2026, on an annual basis, to reach 447.39 thousand dinars, compared to 464.36 thousand dinars during the same period of 2025.
The company’s financial statements showed an increase in operating income by 4.84% during the third quarter of this year to 1.27 million dinars, compared to 1.21 million dinars in the comparative period, according to a disclosure to the Kuwait Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
On the other hand, net operating profit decreased by 5.53% to 881.59 thousand dinars, compared to about 933.19 thousand dinars, during the third quarter of last year, and earnings per share fell to 1.21 fils, compared to 1.26 fils.
"Tijara" achieved profits during the first half of 2026 with 972.67 thousand dinars compared to 1.17 million dinars in the same period of 2025
The company’s net profit decreased by 13.14% to KD 1.42 million, at the level of the first nine months of 2026, compared to KD 1.63 million, during the comparative period of 2025, and operating income decreased during the period by 0.98% to KD 3.89 million, compared to KD 3.93 million, while the net operating profit decreased by 11.47% to KD 2.74 million, compared to KD 3.10 million, and earnings per share during the first nine months decreased to KD 3.84 million, compared to 4.42 fils in the comparative period.
As for the financial position, the total assets amounted to 78.85 million dinars at the end of September 2026, compared to 79.03 million dinars at the end of the comparative period, a decrease of 0.23%, and the total liabilities decreased by 1.48% to 36.41 million dinars, compared to 36.96 million dinars, while the total equity of the shareholders of the parent company increased by 0.87% to 42.44 million dinars, compared to 42.08 million dinars.
It is noteworthy that "Tijara" achieved profits, during the first half of the current year 2026, worth 972.67 thousand dinars, compared to 1.17 million dinars in the same period of the previous year, an annual decline of 16.90%.
