The General Authority for Real Estate announced the start of the in-kind registration of (28,547) real estate plots in the Riyadh region, starting from Sunday, October 25, 2026, corresponding to 14 Jumada I 1448 AH, until the end of Thursday, January 28, 2027, corresponding to 20 Shaban 1448 AH, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Authority reported that the areas benefiting from the Land Registry at this stage in Riyadh include: part of the neighborhoods (open area of the municipality of Al-Aziziyah), part of the neighborhoods (open area belonging to the municipality of Al-Hair), and part of the neighborhoods (open area of the municipality of Al-Sili), and a number of real estate plots in Al-Artawiya: Al-Nakheel, Al-Andalus, Al-Musayf, Al-Faiha, Al-Rawd, Al-Rawd, Sultana, Al-Saada, Al-Ghadir, Al-Nahda, Al-Faisalyah, and a number of real estate plots in the fire, and part of Al-Waha neighborhood, and a number of real estate plots in Hayaniya, and part of the neighborhood of Al-Haytiyah village, and a number of Al-Qataaa real estate neighborhoods in Al-Jalajil, 19 neighborhood, Al-Jalajil, Al-Jalajil, 19 neighborhood, Al-Jalajil, Al-Jalajil, Al-Jahli, 19, Al-Jalila District, Al-Judeelah District, and 19 Al-Hajila District, Al-Jiladh District, Al-Jawhila District, Al-Jalirah District, Al-Jadhirqah District, and Al-Hilajel, 19 District, Al-Jadhial District, Al-Jawiya District, Al-Jailaqiyah District, and 19 Al-Hilaq, Al-Jawiliyah District, Al-Jahiliyah District, 19 Al-Hilajil, Al-Hajila, Al-Jisaliyah Districts, and a number

It also included a number of real estate plots in Rawdat Sudair: Al-Shifa neighborhood, Al-Shorouq neighborhood, Al-Shorouq neighborhood, and a number of real estate plots in Arwa: part of them in Al-Yasmin neighborhood. Registration also includes a number of real estate plots in the governorates and the following centers: (Al-Jamsh, Al-Qasab, Al-Quwayya, Al-Majmaah, Al-Ruwaidah, Ramah, Sajer, Dharma, Afif, and Houta Sudair).
The Authority explained that the selection of regions and neighborhoods has been in accordance with specific criteria, and will be announced successively for the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to the in-kind registration of the property in various regions of the Kingdom during the coming periods, pointing out that the first registration of real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic land registry platform: https://rer.sa or through service centers, pointing out that in-kind registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.
