The Qassim Municipality confirmed the handover of 200 housing units in the Qassim region during the third quarter of this year, as part of the development housing efforts, and in cooperation with the relevant charities, which contributes to enabling the beneficiary families to obtain adequate housing, promote family and social stability, and create a housing environment that supports the quality of life, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The delivery of the units is part of the efforts of the "Development Housing" to enable the beneficiary families to obtain adequate housing supported by quality of life
The official spokesman of the Qassim Municipality, Nayef Al-Nufaii, said that these efforts come as an extension of the role of the Secretariat in supporting development initiatives and enhancing integration with the non-profit sector and charities to achieve a sustainable impact that touches the needs of the beneficiary families and translates the development goals into tangible achievements on the ground.
Al-Nufaii pointed out that “developmental housing” is not limited to providing a housing unit, but its impact extends to building family stability, and giving beneficiary families an opportunity to move towards a more stable and reassuring future, stressing that partnership with charities represents an important pillar in reaching beneficiaries, enhancing the efficiency of housing initiatives, and achieving their humanitarian and social goals.
