The Asir Municipality, represented by the Municipality of the Coast, has launched a package of new investment opportunities in the waterfront on the Red Sea coast, including hospitality projects, commercial and residential development and advertising services, as part of its orientations to enhance the participation of the private sector in the investment of municipal assets and the development of tourist and commercial facilities in the coastal centers in the region.
Investment opportunities include a project to restore, operate and maintain hotel and tourist chalets on the waterfront, on an area of more than 11 thousand square meters, with the aim of developing tourist accommodation facilities and expanding the options available to visitors, thus enhancing the investment benefit from coastal sites in hospitality and entertainment activities.
In the mixed-use real estate development sector, the Municipality has launched two opportunities for the construction, restoration, operation and maintenance of two residential commercial complexes, with an area of 1200 square meters for the first complex, and 6970 square meters for the second complex, with a total area of 8170 square meters, providing investment opportunities that combine commercial and residential uses.
