Dubai-based Zoya Developments has started construction of the Elinor by Zoya project in Dubai South, worth about $28.3 million (AED 104 million), with delivery targeted for the third quarter of 2028.
The company said the start of construction came less than two months after the launch of the project, which sold its units in less than two weeks, in exclusive partnership with First Prime Properties.
The project includes 102 fully furnished apartments, spread over 48 studios and 54 two-bedroom apartments. Its facilities include an infinity pool, a gym, a rooftop lounge, a children’s play area and an electric car charging station.
According to Zoya, the total value of its project portfolio in Dubai amounted to about $326.8 million (1.2 billion dirhams) within two years of entering the market in 2024. Dubai South is one of the key areas of the company’s expansion plans, through Eleanor and other projects it plans to develop in the region.
The company announced in June 2026 the start of the construction of the Calisi project in Dubai South, worth about $ 21.8 million (80 million dirhams), 30 days after its launch, with the completion of the third quarter of 2027.
