Kingdom Holding Company announced the arrival of the construction of the Jeddah Tower to the 120th floor, with a height of about 482 meters, with the completion of the pouring of more than 322 thousand cubic meters of concrete, representing about 72% of the total target of the project.
In its financial results statement, the company explained the installation of more than 3900 panels of facade panels, equivalent to about 14% of the total panels allocated to the tower.
She added that the initial installation of mechanical, electrical and health systems continues inside the tower, in conjunction with the subcontractor responsible for the steel work of the Sky Truss project on site.

For his part, Talal Ibrahim Al Maiman, CEO of Kingdom Holding Company, expected that the height of Jeddah Tower will reach about half a kilometer before the end of this year.
Al-Mayman pointed out that Jeddah Economic Company continues to show promising prospects in the long term, in conjunction with the progress made in the construction of the tower.
Resumption of construction work and contract details
In January 2025, Kingdom Holding Company announced the resumption of construction of the Jeddah Tower and the official start of pouring concrete, after a pause.
In October 2024, Jeddah Economic Company, a fellow Kingdom Holding Company, signed an agreement with Binladin Group Saudi Arabia to complete the construction work of the project, which aims to exceed 1000 meters in height.
According to the announced data, the total value of the contract is 7.2 billion riyals, while about 1.1 billion riyals have been paid previously, within the total value of the construction works completed in the tower, provided that the period of implementation of the contract takes 42 months.
Talal Al Maiman expected the Jeddah Tower project to be fully completed in 2028.
