Pioneers Properties for Urban Development, listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, announced the implementation of a purchase of treasury shares, in implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors meeting held on August 22, 2026, and to the notification submitted to the Stock Exchange on October 14, 2026.
The company explained that it carried out the purchase of 306 thousand shares during the trading session on Sunday, November 1, 2026, according to a disclosure by the company sent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
Thus, the total number of shares executed from the date of notification to date is about 21.38 million shares.
