The Department confirmed that it continues to coordinate with the participating companies to follow up the results of the fourth real estate day for the employment of Emiratis, and to monitor the job opportunities resulting from the event, thus contributing to enhancing the opportunities for citizens to join the real estate labor market.
Programs to qualify citizens to work in real estate
The event witnessed the participation of the Higher Colleges of Technology, which reviewed its programs to qualify citizens to work in the real estate sector, foremost of which is the real estate diploma launched in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department in early 2026.
The program combines applied education and practical training in the work environment, with the participation of government agencies and real estate companies in the development of educational content and the implementation of training, in order to provide students with the skills and experience required to work in the sector.
Since its launch, the program has witnessed a turnout in the branches of the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, while the colleges seek to expand their partnerships with real estate companies to provide more vocational training and employment opportunities for graduates.
The University of Dubai also participated in the event, in the framework of enhancing cooperation between academic institutions and real estate sector companies, and supporting the readiness of students and graduates to join the labor market.
