The Enforcement and Enforcement Center revealed the establishment of 74 real estate auctions during the period from November 1 to 15, 2026; to sell 1156 properties distributed over 12 regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The center confirmed that the Mecca region topped the regions in terms of the number of auctions by 20 auctions, followed by Riyadh with 13 auctions, then the eastern region with 10 auctions, and Asir with 6 auctions, and Tabuk with 5 auctions, according to data published on its official page "X".

The auctions included Medina with four auctions, and each of Hail, Qassim and the northern border and Najran with three auctions for each region, while the regions of Al-Jawf and Jazan recorded two auctions each.
On the other hand, the center achieved sales of more than 320 million riyals, during the period from 18 to 24 October 2026, through 46 public auctions held during the week.
The weekly statistics issued by the Center showed its success in liquidating and selling 229 assets, with real estate areas sold exceeding 200 thousand square meters.
