Inmar Real Estate Development and Investment Company (Inmar), listed on the Saudi market, Tadawul, has announced that its shareholders will be invited to participate and vote in the fourth Ordinary General Assembly meeting, which is scheduled to be held through modern technology in mid-November 2026.
The agenda of the Assembly is topped the adoption of the policy of distributing cash dividends for the fiscal years 2027, 2028 and 2029, where the company set progressive targets for the minimum annual distributions per share during that period, according to a statement of the company, on Sunday on "Tadawul".
According to the disclosure issued by the company, the meeting will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, using the “Tadawati” platform, and this step comes to enable shareholders to exercise their statutory rights in the discussion of the listed items, and to vote on them remotely, in line with the directions governing the Saudi Stock Exchange in enhancing e-participation.

The dividend policy proposal set by the Board of Directors for the next three years is reflected in the agenda, as it reflects the company’s vision towards its future cash flows, and the proposed policy includes targeting a minimum cash dividend of 0.80 riyals per share for the fiscal year 2027; to increase the target to 1 riyal per share in 2028; to reach 1.20 riyals per share in 2029.
It is noteworthy that the Board of Directors, if the policy is approved, intends to distribute these dividends on a semi-annual basis, provided that an annual authorization is obtained from the General Assembly to distribute interim dividends.
The company stated that these targeted distributions are subject to several operating and financial criteria, as they do not constitute an unconditional legal obligation, but are related to the availability of distributable profits, liquidity and cash flow levels, and the capital and investment needs of the company.
