Anan Investment Holding Company, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, has announced the delivery of more than 500 plots of land in its Arabian Hills real estate project, ahead of schedules set in the approved schedules.
The company said that the deliveries reflect the progress made in the development and infrastructure of the project, noting that it is continuing to implement its operational plans to accelerate the pace of delivery, aiming to deliver more than 1000 plots of land before the end of 2026, in a statement today.
She pointed out that this progress comes within the framework of the transition of the Arabian Hills project from the stages of development to the stages of actual delivery, supporting the growth of the company’s business in the coming period.

The Arabian Hills Estate project was launched in June 2024 with a development investment of AED 22 billion, located on the road linking Dubai and Al Ain. It extends over an area of 244 million square feet, and includes 14 phases, including residential land with various areas, as well as villas and apartments, as well as schools and integrated health, service and recreational facilities.
On the other hand, the company announced the start of its new headquarters in Silver Tower, located on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, with an office area of about 700 square meters, noting that it began receiving its customers and visitors at the new headquarters from 11 October 2026, as part of its plans to develop its institutional structure and enhance its operational efficiency, commensurate with the growth of its business volume and aspirations to expand in the next phase.
The company stressed the continuation of the implementation of its development plans, improving the efficiency of cost and resource management, and developing investment and strategic partnerships, with the aim of accelerating the implementation of projects, raising the efficiency of capital employment, and creating new opportunities for growth.
