Mazaya Real Estate Development Company, listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange, has announced the launch of its new residential project "Alora" in the Jebel Thulaib area of Lusail City in Qatar, on a total area of about 11.2 thousand square meters.
The company confirmed that the project includes 67 housing units, and aims to complete its completion before the end of 2028, according to the company’s disclosure to the Qatar Stock Exchange on Thursday.

The company is also currently working on completing the procedures for obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from the concerned authorities in preparation for the start of the project development work, in accordance with the quality standards and requirements of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the competent authorities.
It is noteworthy that the profits of Mazaya Real Estate Development Company decreased by 4.74% during the first half of the current year 2026, to reach 35.3 million riyals, compared to profits of 37.06 million riyals during the same period of 2025.
