Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Saudi General Authority for Real Estate will participate in the Saudi-Pakistani Property Exhibition, which will be hosted by the Pakistani city of Lahore from 21 to 23 October 2026, with the aim of introducing the real estate regulations and legislation in the Kingdom, foremost of which is the updated system of non-Saudi ownership of the property and the investment opportunities it offers to foreign investors.
The exhibition is organized by the Saudi-Pakistani Business Council, with the participation of a number of real estate developers and investors, as part of the definition of the opportunities available in the Saudi real estate sector.
The General Authority for Real Estate, through its pavilion at the exhibition, will review the most prominent regulatory and legislative developments in the Saudi real estate sector, especially the updated system of ownership by non-Saudis of real estate, which provides opportunities for ownership and investment in accordance with the regulatory controls and requirements and the approved geographical scopes.
The Authority also highlights legislation aimed at enhancing the transparency of the real estate market, protecting the rights of customers, and raising the efficiency of the sector, thus contributing to improving the investment environment and increasing the attractiveness of the market to local and international investors.
Enhancing the attractiveness of Saudi real estate investment
The Authority’s participation in the exhibition comes within the efforts to introduce the regulatory environment of the Saudi real estate sector, and the legislative developments related to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, in order to support the construction of a more organized, transparent and competitive real estate market.
The exhibition is a platform to introduce the investment opportunities available in the Kingdom, communicate with real estate developers and investors, and review the regulatory capabilities that contribute to facilitating investment and real estate ownership procedures.
The participation reflects the Authority’s interest in expanding the definition of Saudi real estate legislation outside the Kingdom, especially in light of the updates related to the ownership of non-Saudis of the property, and the regulatory framework provided for foreign investment in the sector.
