MENA Properties, listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, confirmed that its profits during the second quarter ended September 30, 2026 increased by 59% annually, supporting the results of the first half of 2026.
MENA recorded a profit in the second quarter of 20.94 thousand dinars, compared to 13.20 thousand dinars, the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, according to a statement by the Kuwait Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The company recorded profits of 284.71 thousand dinars in the first half of 2026, compared to 162.75 thousand dinars in the corresponding period of 2025
The company also achieved a profit of 284.71 thousand dinars in the first half of the year ending at the end of last September, compared to 162.75 thousand dinars in the corresponding period of 2025, an annual increase of 75%, and MENA attributed the increase in profits mainly to income from financial assets at fair value through profit or loss.
It is noteworthy that the profits of MENA Real Estate Company had increased during the first quarter ending on June 30, 2026 by 76% annually, at 263.77 thousand dinars, compared to 149.55 thousand dinars, the corresponding first quarter of 2025.
