Egyptian businessman and CEO of Entro Holding Group, Ayman Mamdouh Abbas, has acquired a 10% stake in the Egyptian “Ekzet” platform, in a deal that estimated the value of the company at about 100 million pounds (two million dollars) “after the money,” according to the founder of the platform and its Chairman Mahmoud Ammar.
Ammar told Al Arabiya Business that the capital increase aims to finance the launch of new products through the platform, in addition to supporting expansion plans in foreign markets, with a focus on the Gulf markets, as part of the company’s strategy to enhance its activity in the real estate concessions market.
He added that the platform aims to implement a new financing round during 2027 worth nearly $5 million, with the participation of investors, businessmen and investment funds from inside and outside Egypt, in order to support plans for growth and expansion in regional markets.
