Azha Properties has announced the progress of the Amwaj Tower residential project on the Ajman Corniche, with a total investment of about $299.5 million (AED 1.1 billion), with the start of the delivery of residential units to buyers by the end of 2029.
According to a press release received by Al Masdar Real Estate Platform, on Friday, October 9, 2026, the total area of construction in the project is about 1.48 million square feet, and it is located steps away from Ajman Beach, and provides residential units with large areas and panoramic views of the sea.
The company explained that the construction work has reached an advanced stage, with the intensification of implementation processes according to the schedule set for the completion of the project, without disclosing the current completion rate or the total number of residential units.
Apartments on Ajman Corniche
The Amwaj Tower project focuses on providing apartments with spacious spaces that suit the needs of families, with a design that takes into account privacy and benefit from the location near Ajman Beach and open sea views.
Mohammed Hegazy, Commercial Chief Executive Officer of Azha Real Estate Company, said that the investments allocated to the project, amounting to 1.1 billion dirhams, reflect the company’s commitment to quality standards, engineering accuracy and the schedule set, leading to the start of the delivery of units by the end of 2029.
He added that the project combines modern architectural design and family-friendly residential spaces, taking advantage of its location on the waterfront, in light of the growing interest of investors in residential properties associated with the beach lifestyle in Ajman.
Purchase offers and payment facilities
Azha Properties revealed the launch of an interactive platform at City Centre Ajman that will continue throughout October 2026, with the aim of introducing visitors to the developments of the Amwaj Tower project, residential units and available offers.
The company explained that the offers include flexible payment facilities linked to the stages of completion of the project, without disclosing the prices of apartments, the value of the first payment or the details of the payment plans.
