The preliminary financial results of Amlak International Finance Company, listed on the Saudi market, revealed that its net profit during the third quarter of 2026 decreased by 9.97% year-on-year, and the net profit attributable to the company’s shareholders amounted to 15.54 million riyals, compared to 17.27 million riyals in the same quarter of 2025, and decreased by 39.11% compared to the previous quarter, according to the company’s data on “Tadawul” on Sunday.
The total income of private commissions from financing increased by 5.87% during the third quarter of this year, reaching 154.58 million riyals, compared to 146 million riyals in the same quarter of the previous year, while it fell by 6.1% on a quarterly basis, compared to 164.62 million riyals in the second quarter of 2026.
The company reported that the increase in the income of special commissions from financing on an annual basis is mainly due to the growth of the loan and advance portfolio by 9.55%, in addition to the improvement in the return on the portfolio during the period, and attributed the decline in net profit to the increase in operating expenses and the increase in the net provision for expected credit losses, partially offset by the increase in the income of private commissions from financing.
Total operating expenses before credit and other losses were allocated by 14.72% to reach SAR 51.88 million, compared to SAR 45.22 million in the same quarter of the previous year, and the net provision for expected credit and other losses increased by 12.93% to SAR 26.46 million, compared to SAR 23.43 million during the comparative quarter.

The company attributed the growth of net profit during the period to the increase in the income of special commissions from financing and the decrease in the cost of financing, partially offset by higher operating expenses and the net provision for expected credit losses.
