The volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice, during the period from 18 to 22 October, amounted to 520,192,098 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to 80,226,206 riyals, bringing the total volume of real estate trading during the week to 600,418 million riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration indicated that the list of real estate traded for sale included space land, housing, residential buildings, shops, and residential units, according to the Qatar News Agency (QNA).

The sales were also concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Umm Salal, Al Dha’ain, Al Khor, Ammunition and the North, and in the areas of The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Wakir, Al Gharafa, Al Kharaij, Al Sahma and Umm Salal.
It is noteworthy that the volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department in Qatar exceeded 500 million riyals during the period from 11 to 15 October.
