Casa Vista Development is preparing for the exclusive unveiling of its AED 350 million luxury waterfront residential project, AQUORA, located on Dubai Islands. The unveiling event will take place at Madinat Jumeirah on 28 October 2026, following a major milestone that saw 40% of the project's residences sold prior to the official launch.
Situated on a 50,000 sq. ft. plot with a built-up area (BUA) of 242,000 sq. ft., AQUORA features 105 waterfront residences, six waterfront retail spaces, and over 20 lifestyle amenities. These include a 22-metre rooftop infinity pool, a Technogym fitness centre, a yoga studio, a Zen Garden, a pickleball court, and a signature arrival experience.
Designed around the philosophy "Form Follows Flow," the development translates the natural movement of water into fluid architectural forms and light-filled interiors. Handover for the project is scheduled for Q1 2028.
Abdul Basit, Chairman of Casa Vista Development, stated that achieving 40% sales ahead of the unveiling underscores buyer confidence in the project's construction standards and long-term value, marking a strategic milestone as the company prepares further project launches across the UAE.
