The Order of Brede and Paula Gamberil announced the launch of Bridgehouse BRDG House in Dubai, which specializes in real estate development, marketing and sales management, to provide services to real estate developers, investors, investment funds and landowners.
The company’s services include evaluating development opportunities, preparing project strategies, determining the specifications of real estate products and their competitive location, building brands, managing marketing and sales operations, and following up on the implementation of projects and their delivery.
According to a recent press release, the two founders led and supervised the development, marketing and sales activities worth more than $8.17 billion (AED 30 billion) in multiple markets.
Bridgehouse relies on working within the developers’ management teams to link market studies, real estate product decisions, pricing and marketing to implementation plans. Her business is focused on four areas: real estate development strategy, brand building and trust, sales and business development, and real estate development management.
Wissam Brady, a Lebanese presenter, broadcaster, actor and co-founder at Bridgehouse, has over 20 years of experience in media, brand development and real estate management, and previously served as CEO of HRE Development.
Bridge House’s role includes participating in the formulation and implementation of development strategies in cooperation with various developer departments, as well as marketing projects and enhancing the brand of the developer company.
Paola Gamberrell has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, development, product strategies and commercial leadership, and has held executive positions at DAMAC Properties, Ellington Properties and Dar Global. Her expertise also included branded residential projects in multiple markets, and contributed to the expansion of Dubai’s real estate presence in the Chinese market in 2014.
Gamberel explained that the company is working to link the decisions of the real estate product and pricing and determine the location of the project in the market and sales plans, in cooperation with the developer teams to turn the strategies into executive steps.
