The Arab Centers Company - Sinomi Centers, listed in the Saudi market, "Tadawul", confirmed the issuance of a judicial ruling in its favor on October 21, 2026, rejecting one of the lawsuits filed against the company by the owner of "Dhahran Mall".
The company explained that the plaintiff was demanding revenues related to the drug "Dhahran Mall" in the amount of 523,028 thousand riyals, according to a statement of the company on "Tadawul" today.
The company pointed out that the plaintiff has the right to appeal the judgment within 30 days from the date specified for the receipt of the copy of the judgment, and in the event of non-appeal during this period, the verdict shall be acquired.
The plaintiff demanded compensation with a fee of 161,853 thousand riyals for a non-contracted area in the Dhahran Mall
It is worth mentioning that the company "Arab Centers - Sinomi Centers" announced, last March, that it received a notification of the filing of lawsuits against it in the second chamber competent to hear large lawsuits / the General Court in Riyadh, by the owner of "Dhahran Mall", demanding (a fee) and (real estate rent) and (refunds for the property - Dhahran Mall).
The plaintiff had demanded compensation with a fee of 161,853 thousand riyals, for a non-contracted area in the "Dhahran Mall" and its expansion, and the rent of the property of 103,397 thousand riyals for the burned part of the "Dhahran Mall", and the collection of revenues for the property (Dhahran Mall), amounting to 523,028 thousand riyals.
