The volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice, during the period from 11 to 15 October, amounted to 381,785,585 riyals, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to 119.076,038 riyals, bringing the total volume of real estate trading during the week to 500.861 million riyals.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration indicated that the list of properties traded for sale included space land, housing, residential buildings, administrative buildings, hotel apartments, shops, offices, and residential units, according to the Qatar News Agency (QNA).

It is noteworthy that the sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al-Rayyan, Doha, Al-Wakra, Al-Dha'ain, Umm Salal, Al-Khor, Al-Akhwar, Al-Akhwar, Al-Shamal, and in the areas of Rawdat Al-Khail, Lusail 69, Al-Luwalah Island, Al-Wakir, Al-Kharaij, Al-Gharafa, Al-Sukharah and Al-Mashaf.
The volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department exceeded 499 million riyals during the period from October 4 to October 8.
