The National Housing Company (NHC), owned by the Saudi Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, revealed that the completion rate of infrastructure works in the destination of Tabuk Hills exceeded 50%, as part of the continuation of development and implementation work, which includes basic service networks and public utilities, thus enhancing the readiness of the destination and contributing to the provision of an integrated urban environment, according to the newspaper "Mal".
NHC confirmed that the work included the completion of the implementation of the main lines of the basic service networks, the discharge of rainwater, and the completion of the linkage of flood and water infrastructure services with the relevant authorities, in addition to the completion of the delivery of land allocated to educational facilities and mosques, and the start of asphalt work in accordance with the approved plan.
Tabuk Hills is one of the major destinations developed by NHC in the north of the Kingdom within a strategic location in the center of Tabuk, and extends over an area of more than 2.3 million square meters, including various residential units, designed in an urban style that combines modernity and the spirit of local culture, to form a model for modern communities that come to life.

In the same context, the destination provides an integrated residential environment, as it includes educational facilities that include schools, mosques, health centers, and commercial centers a few minutes from the residential unit, to serve more than 20 thousand people.
The destination also includes green spaces, public gardens with an area of more than 233 thousand square meters, along with a complete infrastructure of electricity, water and sanitation networks, to give the resident a living experience that provides all the elements of modern life in a typical and sustainable manner.
