In less than an hour from its launch, a new waterfront residential project in Sharjah registered expressions of interest amounting to 150% of its total available inventory of 862 residences, reflecting strong demand for premium real estate developments in the emirate and buyer confidence in Sharjah's market opportunities.
This demand was registered for the project Seef Residences, launched by Alef Group, the Sharjah-based real estate developer shaping modern integrated communities and destinations, in the Al Khan area with investments reaching 1.2 billion AED, offering a new residential destination on a peninsula featuring three waterfront views, direct beach access, green spaces, and resort-inspired amenities.
This level of expressions of interest was recorded during the project's official launch event held on 20 October at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah, attended by more than 2,000 people, which witnessed the unveiling of the project's details, residential offerings, and amenities, with project completion anticipated on 30 September 2030.
