Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, handed over the land ownership documents to the first batch of beneficiaries of the Real Estate Balance Program in its first year after the completion of the ownership procedures.
In its first year, the program allocated 10 thousand and 24 plots of land, with an area of more than 6.3 million square meters, and a price not exceeding 1500 riyals per square meter.
The Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh confirmed that the development of the plans for the first year is proceeding according to the approved stages of implementation, as the plans are developed according to planning and urban concepts that take into account the quality of life, the integration of services, green spaces, accessibility and the diversity of housing needs, supported by design guides and urban and architectural guides that contribute to raising the quality of the residential environment and the formation of integrated model neighborhoods.
