Tomorrow World Properties, the Dubai-based real estate developer, has unveiled the Bay Interiors by Missoni project on the main marina in the Dubai Islands, in collaboration with Italian fashion house Messoni, in preparation for its official launch. The project includes 132 apartments spread over 14 residential floors, according to the developer’s official website.
The project is located on the island of A, next to the main yacht club, and the planned group includes two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouse apartments. Additional details and the official launch date are due to be announced later, while the statement did not include apartment prices or delivery dates.
The architectural design focuses on open looks, natural lighting and connecting the interior spaces to the waterfront, while the interior designs reflect the style of Messoni in the use of Italian colors, inscriptions, materials and crafts. According to the company, the majority of apartments are designed to have direct or open views of the marina and the sea.
The facilities listed on the official project page include a family pool, a gym, a children’s play area, an outdoor lounge and a rooftop barbecue space.
Tomoro World is developing and implementing the project, while OCTA Properties has been designated an exclusive sales and marketing partner, as well as coordinating brand-related activities. Okta, as a messoni representative in the project, also oversees the application of the design elements of the House until its completion.
Xu Ma, founder and chairman of Tomoro World Properties, said that the investment in the Dubai Islands reflects the company’s confidence in the region’s long-term potential, explaining that the project combines the location on the waterfront, architectural design and design identity of Missouni.
He added that the company is focusing on developing projects that take into account the nature of its sites and combine quality and practical aspects, pointing out that The Bay is part of its plans to strengthen its presence in the Dubai real estate market.
For his part, Liviu Broly, CEO of Messouni, said that the cooperation conveys the House’s vision of contemporary Italian design to the residential project, through colors, craftsmanship and connection to the nature of the site.
Fawaz Souss, CEO of Octa Real Estate, said that the project is located on the last plot of land whose project has not yet been launched on this part of the main marina facade on the island, pointing out that the site, interior designs and views represent the most prominent elements of the project.
In August 2026, Tomuro World announced its partnership with Messoni to develop a residential project in Dubai, before revealing its name, location and details of the apartments in the current announcement.
Founded in 2022, Tomoro World Properties follows the Tomoro World Group working in global trade and investment. Its portfolio includes residential and commercial projects in Dubai, including Tomoro 166 Tomorrow 166, Tomoro Commercial Tower and Tomoro Commercial Tower 2 Tomorrow Commercial Tower 2.
