EVA Hotels & Resorts, listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, has launched its latest residential project in South Africa, Villasta, located in the resort of Zimbali Lakes on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal province, expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
The project includes 146 luxury residences and is part of a series of projects through which the company plans to offer real estate worth nearly one billion rands in the market over the next five years, according to the company’s statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange on Monday.

Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027, with the project to be completed by the end of 2028.
It is worth mentioning that Eva Hotels had achieved a profit during the first half of 2026 at a value of 2.54 million dinars, a decline of 82.30%, compared to 14.38 million dinars in the same period of the previous year.
