The "Secretal Registry" announced today the start of receiving applications for the first in-kind registration of (84,177) real estate plots in the areas of Makkah, Qassim, Riyadh and Medina. Registration in the Mecca region includes the province of Jamoum, namely: (part of the neighborhood of Ain Shams, part of the neighborhood of Ghaziat, part of the neighborhood of Al-Nakheel, and part of the neighborhood of the syndicate), and the province of Rabigh: (Al-Basateen neighborhood, Al-Naim neighborhood, Al-Safa neighborhood, Al-Marwa neighborhood, university neighborhood), in addition to the following neighborhoods in Thuul: (part of a government neighborhood), and many other real estate areas, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
In the Qassim region, registration begins in Nabhaniyya: (Granada neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Al-Balad neighborhood, Al-Rahab neighborhood), Al-Fawwara: (Al-Rayan neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Montazah neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, Al-Muruj neighborhood), and in Aqla Al-Saqqour: (King Fahd neighborhood, Al-Khaleej neighborhood, part of Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Rayan neighborhood). The registration also includes a number of real estate plots in each of: (Dulaymiyah, Al-Dhahiriyah, Dhariya, Dhariya, Abanat, Qasr bin Aqeel, Al-Ammar, Al-Muthabeen, Al-Qawara, and Al-Badaya), and a number of other real estate areas.
In the Riyadh region, the exquisite registration includes: (Scheme No. 794), Al-Jala and Tabrak: (Scheme No. 0941, Scheme No. 0832, Plan No. 1209, Plan No. 0824, and Plan No. 1141), and the fire: (part of Al-Waha neighborhood, Al-Fayha district, parts of Al-Mufair neighborhood, Al-Rabih neighborhood, part of Al-Falah neighborhood), Al-Hassa: (plan No. 331), Al-Hilwa: (Al-Hilwa neighborhood, part of Al-Khuzama neighborhood, Al-Quwaya neighborhood). Al-Ruwaida also includes: (Al-Murooj neighborhood, Al-Tahman neighborhood: Al-Faydah), Al-Khali, Al-Khalidiyah, Al-Hayin, Al-Hayeen, Hay Al-Muhaynah:
The Land Registry explained that it continues its work in registering real estate in the areas benefiting from the Land Registry, as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by building a comprehensive real estate registry for real estate information in the Kingdom to be a unified reference for all real estate data.
The real estate registry will issue a “real estate number” and an title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the precise geographical location of the property, the owner’s data, descriptions and status, the rights and obligations it entails, and all real estate transactions that occur to it, to be a basis for documenting the ownership and real estate rights resulting from it, thus contributing to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
