Real estate activity supports the construction and engineering services sectors
The report stressed that the continued development of residential projects is not limited to increasing real estate inventory, but also extends to stimulating a range of economic activities related to the sector, foremost of which are construction, cladding, engineering services, facilities management and real estate marketing.

The quality of projects and the balance of supply and demand support market stability
The report stressed that the next phase will give greater importance to the quality of real estate projects, their geographical locations, the level of services and accompanying facilities, as they are influential factors in their ability to attract buyers and tenants amid growing competition.
