UAE-based Mira Developments has announced the launch of "Mira Golf Estates" in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as part of its strategy to expand across international real estate markets through fully integrated master-planned communities.
Spanning 151.1 hectares the project marks Uzbekistan’s first multi-branded master-planned community. It features 831 residential units comprising 338 villas and 493 luxury apartments, surrounding an 18-hole championship golf course and landscaped open spaces designed to integrate sports and nature into daily living.
Unveiled during a launch event in Tashkent attended by 1,000 international partners and real estate professionals from Uzbekistan, the UAE, and global markets, the project incorporates design contributions from architecture studios Studio Marco Piva and PARK. Residences will be delivered fully furnished with home appliances and complimentary five-star hotel services.
The master plan integrates civic, educational, and leisure infrastructure, including a school, kindergarten, university, five-star hotel, longevity hotel and clinic, shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, cafés, fitness centers, spa facilities, swimming pools, and artificial lakes. Located 18 kilometers from central Tashkent, the development is situated near New Tashkent, New Uzbekistan Park, and Olympic City.
