The volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice of Qatar, during the period from October 4 to October 8, amounted to SAR 419,009,596, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period amounted to SAR 80,767,845, bringing the total volume of real estate trading during the week to SAR 499.777 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the administration confirmed that the list of real estate traded for sale included space land, housing, residential buildings, commercial buildings, shops, apartments, and residential units, according to the Qatar News Agency (QNA).
The sale was concentrated in the municipalities of Al-Rayyan, Doha, Al-Wakra, Al-Dha'ain, Umm Salal, Al-Khor and in the areas of Lusail 69 and The Pearl Island
The sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al-Rayyan, Doha, Al-Wakra, Al-Dha’ain, Umm Salal, Al-Khor, Al-Akhmura, Al-Shamal, and in the areas of Lusail 69, Al-Luwalah Island, Al-Wakir, Ghar Tha’il, Al-Kharaij, Al-Gharafa and Al-Sakhma.
It is noteworthy that the volume of real estate trading in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department amounted to more than 508 million riyals during the period from September 27 to October 1.
