The General Assembly also approved the license of the interest in the contracts that have been concluded and are between the company and the Ziad Bassam Mohammed Al-Bassam Foundation, in which former board member Ziad Bassam Mohammed Al-Bassam has a direct interest, which is a lease contract for an exhibition in the commercial center, worth 990.84 thousand riyals without preferential conditions.
