The National Fund for Housing and Reconstruction in Sudan launched the one million productive housing units project, in a move aimed at supporting reconstruction and enhancing housing stability, in addition to moving economic and social activity in the country, by linking the provision of housing with development and production opportunities.
The Acting Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Babakr Ali Al-Khair, announced the launch of the project during a workshop dedicated to discussing the mechanisms of its implementation, with the participation of government officials and representatives of states, universities and professional associations, as well as experts, specialists, companies working in real estate development, banking and insurance institutions.
He said that the project represents one of the national priority projects, given its expected role in reconstruction and reconstruction, providing the elements of stability, and contributing to reducing the repercussions of the war, according to the Sudanese site "Mashhad".
