Bloom Holding, the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, has signed an agreement with Minor Hotels to develop Anantara Retreat Rabat in Morocco, marking both groups' entry into the country's hospitality market.
Scheduled to open in early 2030, the luxury boutique hotel will feature 38 keys, including luxury rooms, suites, and 7 three-bedroom villas, located in Rabat's diplomatic district approximately 20 minutes from the city centre. Facilities will include a signature restaurant, Moroccan tea lounge, swimming pool, fitness centre, Anantara Spa, and meeting spaces.
William Heinecke, Chairman and Founder of Minor International, highlighted that the project brings the brand's distinctive luxury hospitality to a city combining culture, nature, and modern life. Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, stated that the partnership aligns with Bloom’s strategic international expansion to deliver exceptional, high-value hospitality destinations.
