The Board of Directors of Inmar Real Estate Investment and Development Company, listed on the Saudi market, recommended the adoption of a policy for the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal years 2027, 2028 and 2029, in order to provide a clearer vision for shareholders on the targeted distributions over the next three years.
The company confirmed that the Board of Directors issued its recommendation to pass on October 11, 2026, noting that the policy includes the targeting of the distribution of annual cash dividends of a minimum of 0.80 riyals per share for the fiscal year 2027, 1.00 riyals per share for the year 2028, and 1.20 riyals per share for the year 2029, according to a statement of the company on "Tadawul" on Monday.
She pointed out that the targeted distributions will be implemented on a semi-annual basis, after obtaining a mandate from the General Assembly of the shareholders of the Board of Directors to distribute interim profits during the specified period.
The company aims to distribute cash dividends for the next three years with a minimum of SAR 0.80 per share in 2027 to SAR 1.20 in 2029
Inmar Investments reported that the implementation of the distribution policy is related to the financial results achieved, the available cash flows, the availability of distributable profits, as well as the fulfillment of the relevant regulatory requirements, noting that the targeted minimums do not represent an unconditional legal obligation, and the Board of Directors reserves the right to study the distribution of additional dividends that exceed the minimum; according to the company’s financial position, capital needs, financing obligations and available growth opportunities.
The company explained that the proposed policy is subject to the approval of the General Assembly of shareholders, and the Board of Directors may review or amend it in the event of material changes in the company’s strategy, financial position or regulatory requirements.
