Emaar Capital announced the approval of its Board of Directors on the resignation of CEO Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al-Nuwaiser, to be valid from the thirty-first of October two thousand and twenty-six; because of his professional commitments.
The company said in a statement published on Tadawul that the decision of the Board of Directors was issued to pass on the tenth of October, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
In the same context, the Board approved the appointment of the current Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Nayef Saleh Al-Hamdan as Managing Director of the company, as of November 1st, two thousand and twenty-six.

Al Hamdan has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of investment, investment banking and real estate development, and is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emaar Economic City, in addition to his position as Head of the West Coast Investment Portfolios Department at the Public Investment Fund.
Al-Hamdan also holds memberships in a number of boards of directors and corporate committees, and chairs a number of them, while before joining the Public Investment Fund, he served as Vice President for Investment Business Development at Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Real Estate Investment Company.
Al Hamdan has previously worked in a number of financial and real estate sector institutions, including Global Investments, Ernst & Young and Saudi British Bank (SAP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales.
The "Emaar Economic City" has appointed Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al-Nuwaiser as CEO of the company as of May 1st two thousand and twenty-four.
