Reportage Projects
Reportage's portfolio comprises 35 projects located in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia.
Last year, Reportage completed the handover of Al Waha Residence 1 in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, offering 612 apartments. Four years ago, it commenced handovers for the Leonardo Residence project in Masdar City, featuring 177 apartments.
Recently, Reportage launched the new Royal Park project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, consisting of 844 residential units. In the third quarter of 2023, the company introduced Reportage Village in Dubai, comprising 1,767 residential units.
Reportage recently completed the Oasis Residence 2 project in Masdar City, which includes 304 residential units.
Earlier this year, Reportage finalized the handover of Oasis Residence 1 in Masdar City, as well as the Leonardo Residence and Al Raha Lofts in Abu Dhabi's Al Raha Beach area.
Additionally, the company has completed the first phase of Rakan Lofts, a project under development in Dubailand in partnership with Continental.
The company confirmed that it will continue to execute existing projects on schedule, in preparation for handing them over to buyers on time.
The company's business results
Reportage Real Estate recorded real estate sales worth AED 2 billion from the beginning of 2024 until April.
The company's total sales in 2023 amounted to AED 3.7 billion ($1 billion) in 2023, compared to AED 2.3 billion in 2022, a growth of more than 60%.
