Rafad Real Estate Investment and Development Company will present its vision in the development of integrated urban destinations and mixed-use projects, during its participation in the exhibition "Opportunities of the East", which was launched on Wednesday, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Eastern Province, at the Dhahran Expo Center in Al-Khobar, and will conclude on Thursday, with the participation of a group of developers, investors, experts and those interested in the real estate development sector in the Kingdom.
According to a press release issued by the company, Property Middle East received a copy of it, during its participation, Rafad is reviewing a number of its projects that contribute to supporting the urban and economic development of the Eastern Province, foremost of which is Mervas District, one of its most prominent mixed-use projects in the city of Al-Khobar, which combines residential, commercial, recreational and hospitality spaces within an integrated urban destination. The project is characterized by providing a wide range of services and facilities that meet the needs of individuals and families, which enhances the status of the news as an attractive destination for living, investment and business, and enriches the urban landscape in the eastern region. Merva District consists of four main components that are integrated within a single destination, including two residential towers, the Merv Residence Tower, the Mervaz Plaza Trade Fair District, as well as the Indigo Hotel.
Merv Residence has 152 residential units spread over two 18-storey towers, while the Business Tower offers more than 20,000 square meters of leasable office space spread over 18 floors. Mervaz Plaza also has up to 29,000 square meters of commercial leasable space, along with the Indigo Hotel, which offers 240 hotel keys, creating an integrated system that meets the aspirations of residents, visitors and entrepreneurs.
